Wayne R. Lueders

Wayne R. Lueders is a Partner at Foley & Lardner LLP where he is a member of the Tax & Individual Planning and Estates and Trusts practices, as well as the firm’s Sports Industry Team. For more than 40 years, Lueders’ business law practice has focused on estate taxation matters, estate and trust administration, business ownership and succession, and valuation determinations and disputes. 

He currently is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American and Milwaukee Bar Associations, the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Estate Planning Forum.

Lueders is also active in the community currently serving on the Board of Trustees of the Milwaukee Art Museum and the Board of Directors of the Florentine Opera Company. He has also previously served on the Boards of the Riveredge Nature Center, Child Abuse Prevention Fund, and the Michael Fields Agricultural Institute.

Lueders received his Juris Doctor degree from Yale University and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
